What we collect

When you book with Sky Nails And Lounge — online, over the phone, or at the counter — we keep the details that make the appointment work: your first name, your phone number, the services you booked, when they are, and any note you give us about your visit.

Calls to our booking line are answered by an automated receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so your booking is taken down correctly. We also keep a log of the text messages and calls we send you about your appointments.

What we use it for

Running your appointments, and nothing else: booking them, confirming them, reminding you about them, and reaching you if something about your visit changes. We do not send marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

What we never do

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your details are handled only by the service providers that operate our booking system, phone line and text messaging on our behalf, and only so they can provide those services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

Text messages

When you book and give us your mobile number, we text you about that appointment — a confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a notice if we have to move or cancel it. These are not marketing messages, and texts are not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies with your appointments, and message and data rates may apply. How you opt in is shown on our Text messages page.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help — or call us at (832) 617-8558. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointments.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details, stop texting you, or remove your information — call us or ask at the front desk and we will take care of it.
